Critter Cabinet

A wind blew the first leaf of autumn out where it was hanging barely on its branch.

When the rogue leaf touched the pavement, a house cabinet drew warm life to the painted critters that embellished her skin.

The fox play.

A porcupine roll.

The bird chirps, shrooms grow and the leaves sway. Around they go, off and about. And when the last leaf kissed the earth, they all fell asleep to hibernate until the next autumn leaf waved hello to the brown toiled soil of the season.

Personal Commission Work for Ms. Vivien Uy
I painted over a refurbished cabinet of Ms. Vivien,
first time to try working on a project like this and used acrylic
all throughout. Posted the early conceptualizing here.
